My Philosophy:  Exercise is sometimes looked upon as a means to getting prepared for a big event or occasion. My advice is not to settle for just one occasion.  Fitness is not a destination, it is a way of life. Make the choice to look and feel great every day. Be realistic in setting your goals, find your balance, and be healthy for a lifetime!
